興味があるけど受けるのはちょっと不安。 そんな方はまず、カウンセリングのみでもかまいません。 セラピストに今現在の悩みや思いを打ち明けていただき、ヒプノセラピーの疑問点や不安を解消するためにカウンセリングのみの利用もできます。ヒプノセラピーの利用にかかわらず、まず、お話だけでもお聞きすることも可能です。お話していただくだけでも気持ちが軽くなります。 During your initial counseling, you will learn about general Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy, and how it can help and benefit your situation. You will also discuss with your Hypnotherapist about your goals and issues, then we will work together to come up with the treatment plan.
